Posted on June 5, 2011

An entry-level job board has released new data on Boston jobs and the best places to work for recent grads.

Experience, Inc., the nation’s leading provider of career services for college students and alumni, today announced their fourth-annual Best Places to Work for Recent Grads. This list recognizes 20 employers from across the country for excellence in recruiting, hiring and retaining young professionals.

Some of the chosen companies are providers of jobs in Boston.

The next generation workforce delivers a fresh perspective that’s sorely needed to help organizations thrive in a competitive market,” said Jenny Floren, founder and CEO, Experience. “Companies like those identified in this list understand that — and they are finding ways to empower entry-level candidates by providing the right opportunities and career paths, while also keeping a sharp focus on the business goals.”

Experience’s Best Places to Work for Recent Grads was done in conjunction with Salary.com. The survey ran from March 2011 through April 2011, garnering responses from nearly 120 corporate recruiters and employers from across the country. In May 2011, the field was narrowed to 40 companies and then 20 companies were selected based on training programs, growth opportunities, benefits, and starting salary.

Each of the 20 employers featured in Experience’s Best Places ranking are currently recruiting from top universities nationwide and are hiring candidates set to graduate in 2011. Representing a wide range of industries, the 20 organizations recognized provide outstanding career opportunities for entry-level employees. This year’s list of Best Places to Work for Recent Grads includes:
